Introduction

Welcome to LashBrows Aesthetic Studio. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (lashbrowsaestheticstudio.uk), booking of services, and purchase of products. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before making a booking or purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Business Information

Booking Services

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure most bookings. This deposit is payable at the time of booking and will be deducted from your final bill. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Free Consultations

Some services offer free consultations. These do not require a deposit but must be booked in advance. Consultations are subject to availability and the same cancellation terms apply.

Appointment Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. Please check this carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or reduce the service time to accommodate other clients.

Medical History, Consent & Safety

LashBrows Aesthetic Studio is a CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Certified Member. As required by UK law and professional beauty industry regulations, you must complete the following forms before receiving any semi-permanent makeup (PMU) treatment:

• Client Medical History Form: A comprehensive health questionnaire covering medical conditions, allergies, medications, and treatment history
• Procedure-Specific Consent Form: Either a Microblading Consent Form or Lip Blush Consent Form, requiring your digital signature on each consent paragraph acknowledging the nature, risks, and possible complications of permanent skin pigmentation

You must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may affect your treatment and could pose risks to your health. By signing the consent form, you acknowledge that:

• You are over the age of 18 and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• You understand the risks including infection, allergic reaction, scarring, inconsistent colour, and spreading, fanning or fading of pigments
• The procedure is a tattoo process and results may vary; pigment colour may be modified by your skin tone and the length of time pigment is present cannot be guaranteed
• You have received and will adhere to pre-care and aftercare instructions
• Before and after photographs are a condition of the procedure

Contraindications

You should avoid booking if any of the following apply to you:

• Pregnant or nursing
• Under the age of 18
• Skin conditions or infections (Eczema, Psoriasis, Dermatitis, Rashes, Blisters or Impetigo) on the treatment area
• High blood pressure unless controlled by doctor or medication
• Taking blood thinners such as aspirin or similar
• Taking steroids (local steroid cream - wait 6 weeks; injections - wait 6 months)
• Accutane (please wait 4 weeks after the last dose)
• Acute acne in the treatment area
• Susceptible to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
• Retinol (please wait 4 weeks after the last application)

Important: We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or safety. In such cases, any deposit paid may be refunded at our discretion.

Pre-Care and Aftercare Instructions

Detailed pre-care and aftercare instructions are provided for each service during the booking process. It is your responsibility to read, understand, and strictly follow these instructions. Failure to follow pre-care or aftercare instructions may jeopardize your chances for a successful procedure and may void any claim for a complimentary touch-up.

Key pre-care requirements for eyebrow procedures include avoiding Accutane (12 months prior), Retinol/AHAs/BHAs (4 weeks prior), Botox (2 weeks prior), blood thinning medications (72 hours prior), and alcohol/caffeine (24 hours prior).

Aftercare instructions include avoiding direct sun, tanning, swimming, and makeup on the treated area for the healing period. Remember that your selected colour will be stronger and more sharply defined immediately after treatment but will soften and lighten up to 70% as the healing process occurs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Key points include:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full deposit refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit the deposit
• You may reschedule once within a 30-day period
• No-shows forfeit their deposit and must reschedule

Shop Purchases

Product Orders

All product orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but orders already placed will be honoured at the original price.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are in good condition and unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Payment Terms

We accept payments through major credit/debit cards via Stripe. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

For services, the remaining balance after your deposit is due on the day of your appointment and can be paid by card or cash.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of LashBrows Aesthetic Studio and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe treatments, we cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or results that may occur, provided we have followed proper procedures and you have provided accurate medical information.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
